"Suzanne went the extra mile for us. She really got to know what we wanted and she looked hard and was responsive to all we wanted. She has also kept looking after us long after the deal was closed.

"Jan 2008- Suzanne Trammell is my go to Real Estate agent. She has represented me both as a buyer and seller. With her keen eye for real estate trends, she negotiated a good deal for me as a buyer in the hot market of a few years ago and recently she helped my secure a nice return on a quick sale of condo in this current "cool" market. Of course, individual results may varied but one thing I can guarantee is that Ms. Suzanne will outline a realistic game plan based on your needs and will secure you the best possible deal she can with your best interest in mind.

"7/2007 Suzanne and I had a fun time going through the whole entire condo purchase. This was my first time buying and she answered, in laymen?s terms, all of my questions. Additionally, Suzanne had great contacts within the midtown and downtown condo and mortgage market. She helped me pick a great condo that I?m still happy with everyday I walk in the door. Her focus, expediency, and attention helped me close within three weeks of putting an offer down"

"9/19/06 Suzanne Trammell is an amazing agent. When we decided to list our house with her she gave us 110% from day one. She is a great communicator with the knowledge & enthusiasm one is looking for in a realtor. Suzanne took the worries & pressure away from us when selling our house. We would highly recommend her to all of our friends and actually have!

"Our home was originally listed with an agency that was well known in the Grant Park Area as the ?neighborhood specialist?. However, our home was on the market for over one year. The ?neighborhood specialist? did not have an adequate marketing plan in order to showcase our home. This specialty group basically placed a sign in the yard and expected their reputation to sell the home.
Suzanne Trammell was selling houses in the Grant Park area like no other agent. She sold the house next door to my house within 14 days and then sold another one a few blocks away that was on the same busy street. Therefore, we contacted her to list our property.
Once she had previewed the home and made comparisons to the properties she had recently listed and sold she informed us that our price was on-target but she thought advertising was lacking. Once she had our property, the mailings and advertisements were numerous. Our first open house with her agency and we had 18 couples visit the property. Under the previous agency we never had more than a couple people visit at any open house. Suzanne held caravan?s with agents coming from all over the Atlanta In-town neighborhoods. Suzanne is a great marketer and understands how to sell a property. She has a great personality for sales and marketing. As for her experience, she has an outstanding sales record with a major Fortune 100 company so she knows how to sell. Suzanne is a very delightful person to work with and truly works for the good of the seller. The ease of selling our home was a direct result of Suzanne?s professionalism and commitment to work. She is always accessible for both the buyer and seller so that all needs were being met. In our experience, she was very thorough with all documentation required for contracts, offers and closing.
In closing, Suzanne took a home on a tremendously busy street, went outside the box of potential candidates, put marketing first and got our home out to real estate agents across the city of Atlanta. Thus proving once again that marketing sells. Houses do not always sell themselves no matter how beautiful they may be.
