For the past 15 years, Suzanne has lived all over Atlanta. She has owned homes in Virginia Highlands, Morningside, Midtown, and Grant Park. This brings the tremendous value of knowing the ins and outs all the in town areas, allowing her to find the perfect neighborhood for each of her buyers. She truly knows and loves the character of old homes. Having grown up in a home that was built in the late 1880s, she currently resides in a 1840's home that is on the National Register of Historic Places in Newnan.
Over the past ten years, she was a top performer in the technology sales space. In her spare time she focused on real estate investment and restoration. During the last few years, she made a decision to dedicate herself full time to her passion: real estate. She is well versed in both buying and selling personal real estate and investment real estate. Over the past 7 years, she has owned over 30 investment properties. This has provided her with a strong understanding of both high end residential and vacation rental strategies, as well governmental (Section 8) procedures and policies.
Suzanne has her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation which provides her with an excellent framework for working with buyers in all price ranges. She also is a member of the 2005 Million Dollar Club. In 2005, she was one of the top 3 agents for Atlanta Intown after only 6 months.
Her success in technology sales, has provided her with strong negotiation skills, innovation to be creative in marketing properties, and strong customer service skills. Suzanne is passionate about what she does and would love to represent you in either selling your home or finding one of your dreams.
